As many of you are aware, the Governor of California has issued a Safer at Home Order to limit gatherings and limit the spread of COVID-19. Since the products that Weld-On manufactures and distributes are considered by the State of California to be a lifeline to critically important infrastructure operations, such as construction, plumbing, and water systems, we will continue to remain open and operational while implementing additional measures to protect the safety of our employees. Our current operating decision is consistent with the State of California’s intent that the supply networks to essential services such as construction and maintenance remain operational.
